• I have used this pluggin on a numerous sites and found it to be very good. Unfortunately the past two sites I have used it on when I go to insert an image, it lets me choose the image I want to use and then press ‘insert into post’ at which point the page goes white and freezes. I have to close out of the page and the image is not inserted into my table. I am using Version 1.8 of the plugin and the only other plugins I have installed so far are Custom Field Template and Flexi Pages Widget so I can’t see them causing a conflict. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    Hi,

unfortunately I don’t know those other plugins and don’t have the time to test them right now, so I can’t tell if there is a JavaScript conflict.
However, that would be my best guess, as I don’t see other reasons on why the page should go white, except JavaScript problems.

Have you tried a different webbrowser?

If that does not help, you’ll just have to enter the HTML for the images manually.

    Best wishes,
    Tobias

    Hi Tobias,

I have used a few different browsers they all have the same issue.
I have already put in the images manually which works fine its just for people that don’t know html that is not a great solution.

I appreciate the reply though I just thought I’d post the query in case more people were having the same problem.

    Thanks,
    Linda

    Hi Linda,

thanks for the follow-up and the further details.

I know that the manual HTML insertion is a pain (therefore I added the “Insert Image” feature). ?? That was not really easy as it meant to combine certain WP features with custom code. That’s not really robust on all server/browser set ups unfortunately ??

    Best wishes,
    Tobias
