    Hi,

    yes, that is possible. However, you will either need to create the thumbnail manually, or use the ones that WordPress creates when uploading a file to the media library.
    When using the “Insert Image” button, you can select the “Thumbnail” size there.

    To have the image show up above the text, the HTML code for the image must be placed before the text in the input field.
