[Plugin: WP Survey And Quiz Tool] [WPSQT] Only admin can use the plugin

This is now in the latest version from the GitHub repo. You can download it from https://github.com/fubralimited/WP-Survey-And-Quiz-Tool/zipball/master or wait until tonight for the update to be released officially.
