[Plugin: WP Survey And Quiz Tool] WP Quiz & Survey – Results Not Showing Properly

When I try to view the results, the graph does not show all of the options that were available to the user to pick from. The graph itself appears to be correct, but the results list does not include all of the choices. When I view the page source code, I do see the result numbers, so the data is there, but I am unable to view it on the results page. Without being able to view the results, the data is pretty useless. Is there something that I can change to make the results page show the data results instead of the graph/chart.
