[Plugin: WP Survey And Quiz Tool] Survey option-leave survey if "no" answer

Hello,

My survey form would have 4 questions, each with a YES or No option. If the answer is YES, then the site visitor is taken to the next question. If any answer is NO, he is taken to a message that says “Thank you for participating”, but he does not see any of the other questions. Is this possible with your fine plugin? If so, how?
