    Here’s the error:

    Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_ARRAY, expecting ‘)’ in /wp-content/plugins/wp-survey-and-quiz-tool/includes/functions.php on line 19

    I’ve had a few complaints of this very error. But it’s caused by using PHP4. Upgrade to PHP 5.

    Hello,
    I have debug on, and it shows no notices or errors. Yet i created a quiz twice and it does not show up on my quizzes/survey page. It just has the buttons to create new ones. I am also using the latest of wordpress and php 5.3

    Any ideas

    Ok it finally threw a notice

    WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘limit_one’ in ‘field list’]
    INSERT INTO wp_wpsqt_quiz (name,display_result,display_review,status,notification_type, take_details,use_wp_user,email_template,limit_one) VALUES (‘test’,’yes’,’yes’,’enabled’,’instant’,’no’,’no’,”,’no’)

    Update please and it should be fixed.
