[Plugin: WP Survey And Quiz Tool] Limit submission by user and time

Hi, I just would like to ask, if this plugin supports a way for me to limit a certain user to take a quiz for a limit number of times in a limited time? Example I want to limit a user to take the quiz only 3 times in a span of 1 week, meaning he/she is not allowed to retake the quiz if he/she already took it 3x in 1 week. He/she has to wait for another week before taking a new one. If this feature is not yet available, could you recommend an alternative?….thanks
