[Plugin: WP Survey And Quiz Tool] How to show results history in member profile panel?

Hello!

Thank you for a splendid plugin, however, I have some questions.

I would like it so that the members of my site can log on do the site and see their result history.

I’d love if they could see which tests they’ve passed and which they’ve failed.

Been browsing a little searching for answers, but found none.

Please help me.
