[Plugin: WP Super Popup] wp super popup not working with Boldy WordPress Theme

I installed WP Super Popup on one site and it worked fine, but when I install it on a site with the Boldy theme it doesn’t show up. The site is https://thinklocalmobile.com.
Anyone know how I can fix this?
