[Plugin: WP Super Popup] png transparency ie8 problem

Although there is a work around in the css for transparency using a png with ie8, it’s not working. I’m getting white filled borders around my image. Does somebody knows a solution for this? Would be more then welcome. It’s for a open house (so we called in dutch??) at the 11 may, so I’m a bit in a hurry…
