If anybody has any suggestions for this I would really appreciate it – the format of the text looks really out of place

You have a CSS voor H4 to be uppercase.
I see you have already a class for the faq header, so just at this to your stylesheet:

.faq-header {
text-transform: none;
}

The answers you’ve already fixed I guess, cause I don’t see any bold text.
