    Try the WP Super Edit Upgrade Utility first. It should clear the bad settings for Font Tools stored in the database. I had to activate the WP Super Edit Upgrade Utility plugin twice for some reason on one of my test sites.

    Worse case, uninstall the WP Super Edit database tables and reinstall. This should clear the bad font tool settings. The fixes for this issue are in version 2.4.2, but in some cases things need to be completely reinstalled.

    I needed the WP Super Edit Tables to be completely reinstalled. After that it works again.
