[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Wp-super-cache dreamhost and Gzip: broken files

I have a dreamhost account where I’ve installed wp-super-cache. Sometimes the gzip cached files are bad and the browser shows a broken binary file. It seems the gzip isn’t correct and it shows the bites it has.
So it would very nice to have a check of the integrity of a gzip or a cached file, it should be enough to check if the file have <!– super cache –> or <!– Cached page served by WP-Cache –>. If the file (gzipped or not) have that text, it should be ok, if not, it has to be removed…
