[Plugin: WP Super Cache] WP super cache and PHP pages?

I’m interested in setting up WP Super Cache, but need to clarify something before I go ahead.

I’m using custom page templates for my site that use PHP to serve up dynamic content based on user input. Since WP Super Cache never ‘invok[es] a single line of PHP’, is it useless to me?
