[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Works on IP but not domain (used to work)

I made some changes to my site, one of those was switching to wp total cache over wp super cache… This plugin did not work… and now even wp super cache doesn’t work.

When I go to the ip for my site and view source, it has the wp super cache message at the bottom.

When I go to the actual domain though (https://torontoboozehound.com) it does not have the message.

using the cache test button also does not work. I get this:

The pages do not match! Timestamps differ or were not found!

There is no error in wp supercache. I have php caching. I’m told mod_rewrite is better but I would like this all to work in the first place.
