• I just moved my WordPress blog from MediaTemple’s Grid-Service to a Dedicated Virtual Server. Everything seems to be working fine, except for WP Super Cache. I am getting the following error:

    Warning! wp-cron.php not found!

Unfortunately WordPress cannot find the file wp-cron.php. This script is required for the the correct operation of garbage collection by this plugin, WordPress scheduled posts as well as other critical activities.

I read the Troubleshooting section of the readme.txt file, but unfortunately that did not work. Perhaps I simply do not have the technical background to fix this.

Can someone provide me with a simple, step-by-step way to fix this. I would happily pay someone to fix it for me.

I have the same problem and just contacted my web host. Looks like WordPress cannot access wp-cron.php due to a setting in the web host. I will update this if they could fix the issue…
