• I’m having trouble getting garbage collection to run correctly. No matter what scheduler settings I use in v1.0, GC doesn’t seem to run properly.

For example, right now here are the status messages showing in under Expiry Time & Garbage Collection for the plugin:

Current server time is: 2011-12-29 16:18:25
Next scheduled garbage collection will be at (YY-MM-DD H:M:S): 2011-12-28 21:52:26

Notice that the next scheduled run time is in the past? This is verified by the large number of expired pages displayed in the “Contents” tab (100+ files).

However, yesterday I was able to get the Scheduler to run every 10 minutes using the timer settings, as long as I was viewing the admin area. Unfortunately, the Scheduler has now reset itself to the clock settings and hasn’t run since I left the admin area yesterday.

Also on the “Contents” tab, here are the stated GC notes:

Last GC was 18:12 minutes ago
Next GC in 51:48 minutes

Even though I currently reset the GC scheduler to run every 5 minutes.

Any thoughts?
