[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Super caching not working fully on GoDaddy

I have read all the other WP Super Cache posts inre. using it on GoDaddy, but so far I have not found any answer to my specific problem.

When I set the status to “ON – WP Cache and Super Cache enabled”, I get the following error message several times on each cached page when loaded: “[an error occurred while processing this directive]”.

Does anyone know what might be causing this? If yes, what can be done to fix it?

If I set the status to “HALF ON – Super Cache Disabled, only legacy WP-Cache caching”, everything works fine and I guess I can live with that, but I would rather solve this problem if possible.
