  • Don’t bother unless your site is going to be bombarded with traffic and comments.

    ‘When this is enabled, new comments on a post will not refresh the cached static files.’

    Well is it not traffic we want? and are you talking about spambots that will post comments?

    Lockdown was designed for when you know you’re going to get a deluge of hits, say from digg.com or techcrunch. For normal traffic if you have to enable it and still want to let people comment on your site then you need a bigger server because your normal traffic is too much.

    Even with it enabled your site could still crash if you got a huge deluge of traffic. Don’t bother with lockdown unless your server is really struggling to cope with traffic.

    Nope, it’s not working. Check the source. It couldn’t write the cache file. ??

    I have no idear what that means,i installed it to make my page load faster,im not a web super man like you,is there something i should do?
