[Plugin: WP Super Cache] .htaccess Mod Rewrite rules vanishing

I have been using WP Super Cache for a while. However, I encounter a regular error with it. At random, the Mod Rewrite rules vanish from my .htaccess file, so it’s stops caching until I notice this and put the lines back in. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
