[Plugin: WP Super Cache] gzip has never worked correctly

  • I have two blogs running on the same server. The blog that does not run WP-SuperCache handles gzip perfectly, but the one that does use the plugin never has.

    If I have supercache enabled within the plugin and attempt to turn on compression, everything works until the cached file is called. The page returned is a bunch of garbled text. The problem seems to occur in Firefox only because I have never been able to reproduce it in IE. (I’m not saying it will never occur in IE, only that I’ve not been able to prove that it does from my experiments with it.)

    This has me baffled. I am forced to run with compression off on the SuperCached blog.

    Ideas?
