[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Filling up TMP directory

Hi, I just installed Super Cache on a new server and for some reason, it keeps filling up this directory “/dev/sda7 (/tmp) ” It’s never happened before so I’m wondering if anyone has even encountered this problem.
