[Plugin: WP Super Cache] exluding php files

Hi, great plugin here, I wanted to ask if someone can confirm whether it’s possible to exlude the sidebar.php inside a theme from caching? can this be done or will it cache whole pages only?

reason i’m asking is because i’m using user login and another plugin in the sidebar that i do not want cached but no sure if this will work.
