[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Enabled Caching and Now Receiving a 500 Internal Server Error

I just enabled Caching and now when I try to load my site I am getting a 500 server error. Once Caching is disabled then I no longer receive this error. I tried testing the Cache while it was enabled and all of the tests came back successful with the time stamps on both pages matching. Any idea why this would be happening?
