[Plugin: WP Subdomains] Subdomain category shows all posts

I like this plugin, but i can’t get it to work properly.
I created a ServerAlias for the subdomains and added some DNS entries.The subdomains actually work but when I go to a subdomain category it shows the posts for all categories and not just the posts for the given category.
Is there something i overlooked? Any hints?
