    The white border you describe is the Thickbox border which is not configurable within the WP-SimpleViewer v1.5.4 settings page.
    WP-SimpleViewer v1.5.4 simply uses WordPress’s own ‘tb-show’ method (from the ‘wp-includes\js\thickbox\thickbox.js’ file) which would need to be modified to change its behavior.
