[Plugin: WP Simple Booking Calendar] First month calendar title out of alignment

I’m using the premium version and the first month calendar titles are out of alignment, breaking up the layout. I’ve tested this on three different sites and they all have the same issue. The title clicks back into place if subsequent months are browsed.

This occurs on all my sites regardless of theme, CSS or server, and with all browsers.

I have contacted you via your contact form regarding this issue, and hope it is fixed soon as the plugin is unusable in this current state.
