    Hi,

I was trying to free up a user being banned due to many login attempts. I successfully logged in using his account on another browser to edit his post, then it goes haywire.

That browser (safari) showed only WARNING!!! Due to suspicious activities, you are temporarily banned from this site.

Afterwards, other people can’t access the site. I can’t access it on my other devices. I can access the admin page though. I tried to remove the IP banned list on phpMyAdmin, but no luck.

Deleted the plugin, installed again, still the problem persists. Any ideas?

I’ve resolved the problem by deactivating Hyper Cache, seems like there’s a conflict between these two plugins.

I deleted WP-Sentinel Plugim also the tables on the database, then deleted the Hyper Cache.

The issue happens when Sentinel bans a user, because the page has changed HyperCache caches the page and then delivers the cached block page to all users.

The Workaround appears to be to disable autoban in Sentinel (which means you’ll have to use something else to block hackers when detected) and to clear the cache in HyperCache’s settings, then all your webpages come back ??
