[Plugin: WP-reCAPTCHA] Comment form for entering keys not shown

I installed the plugin and gerenated the public and private keys as insturcted.
According to
https://code.google.com/apis/recaptcha/docs/wordpress.html
I should now see a web form which will prompt me to enter a public and private API key. The web form does not appear. The page does not load completely.
