I have a wish list for a site map and Realtime Sitemap is the closest that I have found to fulfilling all my wishes. I wonder if the following could happen:

    1. Creating multiple headings for Pages (e.g. Company Information, Services, Website)
    2. Allowing pages to be placed under specific headings (instead of all together)
    3. Links to feeds
    4. Changing the title of the Index/Home Page to something other than what is listed on the page (e.g. the page might be titled “Blue Lagoon Restaurant” but on the site map it should read “Home Page” or something of that sort.

It might look something like this:
    Site Map
    Company Information
    –Contact
    –Employment
    –Executives
    Services
    –Catering
    –Dinner
    –Lunch
    Website
    –Account
–Blog (this would be a link to the blog index too)
    —Archives
    —Categories
    —Feeds
    —Tags
    –Legal
    —Privacy
    –Terms

    Thank you for your time.

    1. This has already been done, you need to create custom post types, there is plenty of information on this on google and the wordpress website.

    3. Can you be more specific as to where these links are coming from ? are you wanting me to incorporate an option in my plugin to store links in the database to output with the plugin or do me want me to include the feeds of the site on the sitemap page ?

    4. The home page doesn’t appear on the sitemap.

1 and 2. I’ll continue to look into these
    3. Include the feeds of the site on the sitemap page—I think. I don’t know what the first option would be, or used for
    4. Mine does, so I have to add it to the list of exempt page IDs (just tested it again to be sure).

Another little thing to add might be an option to control the CSS for how many columns the sitemap appears in. I’ve added the CSS to the page to make it three columns.

    1 and 2. Ok
    3. I’ll think about it. Am not sure why you would want this to be on your site map its not something that a visitor to your site is going to be interested in and wanted to view, pretty much all rss readers and google reader are able to detect the rss feed url so can add to there software so people can read your blog.
    4. Give me a link to your site. I have the plugin on my site and it does not show me the home page, unless you are doing something wrong like for example you have created a new page and have set this to be your home page via the options in wordpress itself then it will be included on the site map.

It’s a plugin not a theme, sorry but not adding design elements to the plugin this is for you the end user to style the output of the plugin as they see fit, if you need me to implement more id tags or class tags to the output then I can do this so you can style the output easier but this is all I am willing to do as not wanting to test the output to make sure it works in all browsers.
