• Hi first off great work on this terrific plugin!

I noticed that the links to the files are passed through a “openfile.php?” filter which causes them to be automatically downloaded.

Is there a way I can disable that functionality and instead link straight to the raw file URL with a target=”_blank”? That way my PDFs would open within a new browser tab instead of automatically being saved to a “Downloads” folder, requiring users to search for and open the file in order to view it.

Or perhaps set up both a “Download” and “View” link for each file, with the “Download” link behaving in the default manner, and the “View” link working the way I have specified above?

I believe this type of edit would require changes to openfile.php, but I’m more of a front-end guy and as such I’m unsure of what exactly to change.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!
