    Pardon these newbie questions, just need a little help getting started making some adjustments so this plugin will work for my needs. As is reviewed here: https://twincitiestech.com/plugins/wp-property/api-documentation/ I can make some changes via filters placed in my functions.php. Where should the functions.php with the filters be located? or should they be added to an existing file, which one? Does the plugin have to be deactivated then reactivated for the changes to take effect?

    The new version 0.60, has a UI for doing most of the things that you can with with the filters. Check it out.

    Hi Andy,

    I am a newbie and have installed the latest wp-property version 0.6.2.1 in wordpress 3.0.1. I cannot get the widgets (eg gallery) to work as per you showed in your vimeo about dragging and dropping the gallery widget from the left into the drop-down buildings/floorplan box on right hand side. In fact my widgets page is displaced such that the “sidebar” bit is right at the bottom right of the page – not on the right of the widgets as per your vimeo. Do you knpow what could be the matter?

    Oh, by the way, the widgets page also has a heading on the right “inactive” and I cannot get that to change. Perhaps that is what is causing it?

    It’s hard to say, a default install of WordPress should work fine. Does it do that when you view it on Firefox?

    by the way – is there anyway to change the currency from $ to R?

    The latest version allows you to set custom currency symbols.

    Wondering if someone can help me on this: I wan’t to display the latest additions of my propertys on my frontpage. Any idea how I can/should do that?

    I had exactly the same problem as the original poster.

    For the sake of helping others that may encounter the same problem:

    If you are using the standard twentyten template, add the custom code to the end of functions.php which is found at

    /wp-content/themes/twentyten/functions.php
