I think, it’s connectrd with your custon theme, please, try to use different one, default WordPress themes(TwentyEleven, TwentyTen) or our Denali Premium Theme.

Denys, I have the same issue and your answer does not help. What file and section needs to be modified to get the sidebar where it needs to be? In my case the images for the property and the sidebar widget moved down below the main content area. Thanks!

You can try to copy property.php file as well as other files from \wp-content\plugins\wp-property\templates\ to your theme folder and edit it.
