Broken WP 3.4.1 Wp-Property 1.36.0

Im using a clean install of WP 3.4.1 with the default template Twenty Eleven.
when i activate the plugin, this generates a 2450 chars of warning messages…All headers are sent to all the pages, the configuration page don′t work…
Anybody have a solution?
