[Plugin: WP-PostRatings] Hover effect on the Stars does not work on Homepage, does on inner page

I’m having a weird issue on a site I’m developing. When you hover over the stars, on the homepage, there is no hover effect, and when you click to vote, it doesen’t update every though it registers the vote.

When you move into an inner page, a post, you don’t get this issue.
