[Plugin: WP Post Thumbnail] Creating thumbnails only “Widescreen” is in the admin area

Hi there,
I installed WP Post Thumbnail, then when I go in to create a new post and start to create thumbnails the only option is “Widescreen”…. the other 2 tabs for “Square” and “Rectangle” are not there!
Please help!!
