[Plugin: WP-Polls] A WP-Poll in a single post. How to do it?

Maybe it’s a stupid question, but I couldn’t find my way in the Usage-tab of WP-Poll 2.40

I don’t want a poll in my sidebar. I just want to have a poll within the content of a single post. I could not find an instruction how to do this.
