[Plugin: WP phpBB Bridge] Very Impressed!

  • Well I got rid of wp-united and installed this plugin and I have to say that it is great.

    Some things that I have noticed though.

    1. Why does my login box look weird? Go to my homepage: https://www.yourdubstep.com and look at the login box. The part where it should say username, is empty… Why is this?

    2. Please update the plugin to allow us to choose wether or not we want the “blog control panel” link to be shown. I don’t like people going into the backend of wordpress so having this link shown is really bad imo.

    3. Latest posts widget doesn’t seem to show the latest posts. It seems to show random ones…

    Apart from that, the plugin is great and install was smooth.

    I look foward to futher updates. Please could you tell me whats wrong with my login box though as its looks bad. Thanks

    Is there a quick fix to remove/hide the blog control panel link till the next update comes?

    EDIT: I took out the blog control panel link in the widget-user.php file and it worked fine.

    Now I just need to find out what the hell is wrong with my login box.

    Ok, I sorted out the login box issue. Instead of having the title as “Login”, I have changed it to “Login To Your Dubstep”.

    The length of text was making the username text move up a spot.

    So the only problem remaining now is the latest forum posts widget not displaying latest posts. It seems to just display random topics which have high amount of replies to them…

    Any ideas?
