[Plugin: WP phpBB Bridge] Problem with accent & capital characters

For example:
Chloé is registered on the forum

She decided to post a comment on the blog, the message does contain the accents but the accents of his nicknames disappear & no capital character.

“chlo says.”

I have the same problem with ?, ?, é, è, à, etc.
