[Plugin: WP Photo Album Plus] WPPA Gallery Shortcode button only shows for Administrator

I am using version 4.7.10 and I am just noticing that the WPPA+ Gallery Shortcode button on the TinyMCE editor only shows for Administrators and not for other user roles. Is it possible to have it show also for Authors & Editors?
