[Plugin: WP Photo Album Plus] Slideshow feature not working

    I have been trying out the plug-in, just figured out how to put the code in blog post with a couple of test photos. I am using the recommended 500k size files.

    When I put in the %%wppa%% I get the thumbnails along with the option to view ‘all photos’ or the ‘slideshow’ but neither of these features are working.

    When I click on the ‘slideshow’ featuring I get the following error codes:

    undefined

undefined

undefined

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home2/arfgrafi/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-album-plus/theme/wppa_theme.php on line 94

    Am I doing something wrong here?

  • Did you create an album first to put the photos in?

    Can you supply me a screenshot of the Photo Albums Admin page?

    Hi, i had the same problem and found if i put

    %%wppa%%
    %%size=300%%

    the two lines above instead of just one line %%wppa%% then the slideshow and image views started working. I removed this second line then to test and again my slideshow and images stopped working again.

    Give it a try and let me know how you go.

    I tried that and it did not work.

    Try editing the settings in the Settings menu and save them.
    Might be a missing value somewhere.
    Sorry that i can not reproduce this problem

    Also having a problem with the slideshow. I can view thumbs and fullsize, and scroll through, but the option for slide show has disappeared entirely.

    Try %%cover=13%% instead of %%album=13%%
    This might give the display you expected.

    thanks for the great plugin!

    I was wondering if there was a way to disable the slideshow all together? Im using the plugin for a discography page on a record label website. So each album is a years worth of CD releases, so I’m not really using it for a photo album. I don’t need the slideshow feature and would love to disable it all together. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again!

    For example….when someone clicks on the album cover…I do not need it to to go the slideshow. I do not need it clickable at all. thank you!

    In manage albums->edit you can specify a link to a page rather than the content of the album for cover photo and title.
    I will add a link to —nothing— in version 2.2.0.
    I will also add a global switch to disable slideshows.

    Fixed in 2.2.0
