I got rid of the mysterious box but the numbers still don’t work.

I changed this:
<?php $my_query = new WP_Query(‘showposts=4&cat=309’); ?>

To this:
<?php $my_query = new WP_Query(‘showposts=4&cat=309’ . ‘&paged=’ . get_query_var(‘paged’)); ?>

It helped make page 20 work but not any others. Thank you!

It seems to be working fine here. I browsed all the way to page 5, with no duplicate posts.
