[Plugin: WP-PageNavi] Meta Data on Pages

We’re using WP-PageNavi instead of previous/next on a site we’re overhauling.

We have run into a problem, though, with the meta data display. For example, when you go to page 2 of the 8, it reads:

Blog Name | Blog Name – Page 0

It does this on all of the pages except the front page of the site.
