[Plugin: WP-PageNavi] Easy way for newbies ?

Nice plugin, sadly i haven’t yet got it to work for me :{
I want to add the previous, next and a pull down menu for pages which inside my post articles like this

Can the plugin auto embed the code necessary to do this for all pages.
Also a way to not do it for certain pages as well via the admin dashboard.
And maybe a youtube to show how to use it, like how to makes a few pages show the next, previous, jump list like that example site i gave you.
Currently theres lots of background coding to do which confuses nubs like me :{
