[Plugin: WP-Optimize] Multiple Site Databases Listed

I’m updating a blog for someone so I’m not hosting it myself, just updating it. When I went to use WP Optimize I noticed their are multiple DB’s in the Tables Report…like from over 20 different web sites.
Any idea why this would be and what the repercussions are?
