• First off, what a great plugin for what it offers. I must say I was pretty shocked of what it can do, great job.

The only problem I am having now is when I update the customers order changing the status from “Processing” to “Delivered” and adding a comment, a email gets sent to the customer but it is being sent from my domain example [email protected]. Where does one change the from field to be sent from another email address?

    Thank You

  • Under Store Settings, click My Store. The 4th setting there is “Email From”. Make sure to set it to an email address that is inside your Bluehost account or it will still use that default address with your Bluehost username.

Thank you for your quick reply.

I had already set the “Email From” to the email addy I want it be sent from, however what I didn’t do is create a email account within my Bluehost. I went ahead and created the email account within the “Mail” section of my Bluehost account and once I did that it is still sending it from the Bluehost username.

Do I need to change a setting within Bluehost of some sort? I have looked everywhere.

    Thank you kindly

Nope, that should be it. It should work right if the email in your Store settings is spelled the same as the email address in Bluehost. Also make sure both are lowercase letters only.

    Thanks for your reply.

I just tried it once more and no go, but I did find the issue. I had to set E-Mail Transport Method to “Sendmail” within “Store Settings” –> “Email Options” for some reason it was set to smtp.

    Thanks for your help

I have included the exact location above just in case it would help others.

    Regards,
