[Plugin: WP No Category Base – WPML compatible] Var Dump?

Are lines 80 and 81 of no-category-base.php supposed to be commented out for debug? I upgraded and a giant var dump had appeared. Commenting those lines out fixed the issue, but will that interfere with functionality? I’m running 3.4.1.
