[Plugin: WP Multibyte Patch] 1.6.1 not working for ascii excerpt_length

Hi,

I am using this plugin for my wordpress site with both english and japanese version.

It was working fine for version 1.5.1

I noticed that english excerpt length stopped working on 1.6 onwards.

There is used to be two configuration settings in 1.5.1

1. excerpt_length // Maximum word count for ascii posts.
2. excerpt_mblength // Maximum character count for multibyte posts.

Now in 1.6.1 there is only one setting excerpt_mblength, which is used both for both ascii and multibyte post.

Please bring the ascii excerpt_length back to 1.6
