[Plugin: WP Multi Network] Compatibility with APC-3.1.8

I’ve upgraded APC to the latest stable release APC-3.1.8, visiting any of the sites under the multi network results in a white page, all other sites works, reverting back to APC-3.1.7 the sites under the multi network loads again.

Tested on two servers, one running PHP-5.3.7-dev and PHP-5.3.6 with WPMS 3.1.2
