[Plugin: wp-Monalisa] smiley icons are display on posts too, although this option is OFF

    I am not sure I got your problem wright.
    Is it correct that the smilies are shown at the comments form though have exluded it for this post in the editor?

    This works here.

    If you update wp-monalisa, try disabling and enabling the plugin again.
